Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within **2-3 business days** from the date of purchase.
- Custom or pre-order sarees may take additional time, which will be informed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Domestic orders (India) are delivered within **5-7 business days**.
- International shipping takes **7-15 business days**, depending on the destination country.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is available for orders above **?5000** within India.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.
Tracking Orders:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp to track your shipment.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in delivering high-quality silk sarees. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within **7 days** of delivery.
- The saree must be **unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging** with tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order sarees **cannot be returned or exchanged**.
Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are allowed only for **size issues or manufacturing defects**.
- Customers need to email us at **srisathyasilks23@gmail.com** with their order details.
- After approval, the product must be shipped back within **3 days**.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within **7 business days** after the returned item passes quality checks.
- Shipping charges are **non-refundable**.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within **24 hours** of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped.
