Eligibility for Returns

You may return an unopened product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of herbal products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless found defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email info@getwhatshop.com within 48 hours with photos.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us with order ID and reason
2. Wait for return authorisation (within 2 business days)
3. Ship the item back to the address provided
4. Refund processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
